- BPI Certified - Building Performance has been important to us and now it is a part of the Energy Upgrade California Program.
- Geothermal installation ... this heating and cooling method is how some people get serious about being green. We have installed this for larger companies like Google's headquarters in Mountain View, CA we also install this system for larger homes in Saratoga - Los Gatos areas or more remote locations as a propane gas heating replacement. - Residential customers can benefit by a new program to help get rebates from the local utility company, professional associations and through the government agencies at the County level.
- Energy Efficient equipment change outs. We install a variety of energy efficient equipment that has energy efficient usage of gas as much as 95-98%; these units often have a variable speed fan that can cut the electricity bill for heating as well.
