In addition, Dr. Nandkeshwar is a Certified Personal Trainer at Bodyfirm in Los Gatos, CA. His knowledge of body mechanics allows him to assist individuals achieve their peak-performance through proper strength training, speed, agility, and cardiovascular endurance.
